? Rate: Up to €280 per day

We are hiring Mid-Level and Senior Java Engineers for a long-term consultancy project with a
- established international
- driven organisation. The client operates at scale and delivers high-volume,
- critical systems, with several ongoing and upcoming projects requiring additional engineering capacity.

This is a stable 1-year B2B contract with a strong likelihood of extension, offering exposure to multiple projects in a modern cloud environment.

? Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java
• Build scalable and resilient microservices
• Work across multiple projects depending on business needs
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams including product and QA
• Contribute to code quality, architecture, and best practices
• (Senior level) Provide technical guidance and support to other engineers

? Tech Stack

Required:

• Java
• Spring Boot
• Azure (or strong cloud experience)
• Microservices & REST APIs

Bonus:

• Experience with Elastic
  Search

? Requirements

• Commercial experience as a Mid-Level or Senior Java Engineer
• Strong backend development background
• Comfortable working in a B2B / contract environment
• Must be based in Portugal
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
