Java Backend Developer – Hybrid, Lisbon

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid model)

English: Advanced level required

We’re looking for a Java Backend Developer to join our team in Lisbon!

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in microservices environments using Spring Boot, and a passion for building scalable,
- performance systems.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain backend services built with Java & Spring Boot
• Design, implement, and optimize microservices architectures
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams in an international environment
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in Java backend development
• Solid knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices
• Experience with REST APIs, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes is a plus)
• Advanced level of English (mandatory)
