We are looking for a Senior Java Software Developer to join our Compliance, Investor Relations and Communication Services product line. In this role, you will be responsible for the software development activities of Comply
Log and other regulatory technology solutions for issuers and advisors, contributing to the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and
- quality applications.

? What you will be doing

- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional and
- quality applications.

- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java-based solutions.

- Ensure high performance, quality, security, and responsiveness of applications.

- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to align technical delivery with business requirements and timelines.

- Design and develop
- based solutions using Spring Boot and modern Java standards.

- Prioritise and facilitate early resolution of client issues, ensuring compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).

- Conduct code reviews, contribute to critical feature and architecture designs, and ensure overall quality of deliverables.

- Identify, document, and flag technical debt and areas for improvement, supporting prioritisation and continuous improvement.

- Implement and maintain robust technical documentation for knowledge sharing, onboarding, and knowledge transfer.

- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and design effective solutions to address them.

- Follow and actively contribute to Agile Scrum development processes.

? What we are looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5+ years of
- on experience in Java development, with strong proficiency in modern Java versions.

- Solid expertise in Spring Boot and
- grade Java application development.

- Strong knowledge of AWS, microservices architecture, and software design patterns.

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerisation and orchestration.

- Strong understanding of security best practices, particularly related to APIs and data privacy.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a proactive mindset toward Agile practices.

- Familiarity with Dev
Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Gitflow, Infrastructure as Code (Ia
C), configuration management, and deployment strategies.

- Excellent
- solving skills and a proactive,
- driven approach.

- Full professional proficiency in English.

- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React. Js or Angular.

- Hands-on experience with Node. Js.

- Experience working with Postgre
SQL or similar relational databases.

- Previous exposure to compliance, regulatory, or financial technology environments.

- Experience designing and supporting highly available,
- grade systems.
