We are looking for a Java Tech Lead!

Responsibilities:

• Technical Debt Backlog.
• Application technical documentation.
• Infrastructure change requests.
• Write tasks for the team in Jira.
• Support backlog management.
• Be able to support the team at the feature development level.

Requirements:

• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar.
• Good knowledge and professional experience with Java.
• Experience in development and collaboration in coordinating technical teams.
• Understand and explain the functional context of the project.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams.
• Critical analysis and
  - solving skills.
• Commitment to quality deliveries.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA and Confluence (valued).
• Knowledge of application technologies.
• Experience of designing complex solutions.
• Good level of English.
• Good level of Spanish.
