Responsibilities

• Technically lead the Java development team, promoting best coding practices, code review standards, and architecture guidelines.
• Define and oversee the software architecture, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Support technical project planning, including effort estimation, risk assessment, and dependency identification.
• Promote a CI/CD culture (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery) using tools such as Azure Dev
  Ops, Jenkins, or Git
  Hub Actions.
• Collaborate with solution architects and product owners to align technical and functional requirements.
• Implement and supervise unit, integration, and automated tests using frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, or Test
  NG.
• Ensure compliance with code quality (Sonar
  Qube/Sonar
  Cloud) and security (Checkmarx, OWASP) standards.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers, fostering team growth and collaboration.
• Participate in performance reviews, troubleshooting, and optimization of production systems.
• Ensure effective communication between Dev
  Ops, QA, and product management teams.
