YOUR ROLE

We are looking for motivated Consultants with experience in Java Tech Lead to join our teams in Lisbon. In this role you will be responsible for:

• Build solutions over Java and Spring
  Boot, following containerized microservices architectures best practices and guidelines.
• Work in a solid and collaborative relationship with customers and the team.
• Build and use delivering solutions for Jenkins pipelines.
• Good communication skills to promote and exhibit solutions and demos for customers, partners and internal teams.
• Analyze the business requirements by collaborating with the stakeholders and IT Management, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
• Experience working in Agile environment as scrum team member.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in managing development teams.
• Min. 8 years experience using Java Enterprise Edition.
• Min. 3 years experience working with Springboot and/or Quarkus.
• Experience with Dev
  Ops tools using and building pipelines (Maven, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Github, Git
  Lab, etc. ).
• Knowledge in Docker, Rabbit
  MQ/Kafka.
• We value background experience in Insurance (preferably) or financial sector.
