Java Tech Lead Porto

JAVA FULLSTACK DEVELOPER - JUNIOR / MID-LEVEL (HYBRID)

• Lead and actively participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from defining requirements to delivering demos and final products.
• Work closely with business specialists to architect efficient and scalable technical and functional solutions for new features and enhancements.
• Drive the continuous improvement of processes within the product and development teams by identifying, proposing, and implementing enhancements.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their technical and professional growth.
• Develop
  - quality, maintainable digital products using Java and Angular, ensuring clean, tested, and sustainable code.
• Take ownership of the
  - term quality and stability of the software.
• Collaboratively design and define a robust, modular, and integrated software architecture aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience leading small to
  - sized software development teams in
  - performance, agile environments.
• Strong passion for technology, with the ability to find pragmatic and innovative solutions that maximize business value.
• Commitment to continuous learning and team development, with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to promote a positive,
  - blame culture, encouraging experimentation and valuing diverse perspectives.
• Extensive
  - oriented programming skills, with several years of experience in:
• Java, Angular, Spring, Docker (basics), Open
  Shift, Jenkins, Git, and SQL.
• Knowledge of Kafka, API Gateways, Microservices architecture, and Dev
  Ops practices is highly desirable.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
