What we value:

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer with a strong focus on Java and Angular technologies;
• Solid understanding of software development principles and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc. );
• Experience in team coordination, mentoring, and project management;
• Strong
  - solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges;
• Excellent communication skills in French (C1 minimum) and English;
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and Dev
  Ops practices (nice to have).

What you can expect from this role:

• Leading the development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust Java and Angular applications;
• Coordinating technical activities across projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines;
• Mentoring and supporting team members, promoting best practices, coding standards, and design patterns;
• Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications;
• Conducting code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements;
• Facilitating team meetings (daily
  - ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), driving agile best practices;
• Ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing within the team and across departments;
• Staying updated on industry trends and new technologies to drive innovation.
