About the Role

We’re hiring a Java Tech Lead to lead a skilled development team, maintain robust systems, and drive the delivery of scalable new features. If you're passionate about clean code, leadership, and modern architecture, this is your chance to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers
• Maintain and enhance existing systems
• Design and implement new features
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Ensure timely,
  - quality project delivery
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience:
  
  
• 5+ years in software development
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Java and Spring Boot
• Strong with Postgre
  SQL and SQL databases
• 3+ years with Git and Jenkins

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of the Vaadin framework
• Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
