We are looking for a Java with Angular for a hybrid position (Porto).
Main Responsibilities:
• Active participation in Agile development team throughout all of the development cycle;
• Design and develop testable, efficient and reusable quality code;
• Design and implement
- friendly interfaces using Angular.
• Collaborate with
- functional teams to define, design, and ship new feature as technical improvements;
• Integrate APIs and ensure seamless communication between
- end and
- end systems.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and user experience.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Prepare, deliver and track platform releases, interacting with other teams.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Technology or Computer Engineering (or similar);
• Good proficiency in Java (11/17), with a solid understanding of
- oriented languages principles;
• Knowledge of Spring Boot 3, Maven and Git;
• 3+ years of experience w/ Angular, preferably with knowledge of latest versions;
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and development;
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration Jenkins, XL Deploy , XL Release;
• Knowledge of Microservices;
• Knowledge of SQL databases (Ex. Oracle);
• Knowledge of with No
SQL databases (nice to have).
Other Requirements:
• Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory); French is a plus;
• Availability to come to the office 2 days per week (mandatory but flexible);
• Knowledge in agile methodologies and tools (Scrum/Kanban, Jira) (nice to have);
• Excellent
- solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A real passion for learning, doing things better and helping others – and an ability to turn ideas into reality
• Availability to travel abroad for short periods, as required
• Team spirit,
- oriented and good analytics skills.
