We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer to join a dynamic,
- border team working on modern technology solutions within the financial services industry. The role requires strong technical expertise in Java Spring Boot and React , leadership skills, and effective communication with distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fullstack Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java Spring Boot (backend) and React (frontend), ensuring seamless integration and performance.
• Team Collaboration:
• Act as the communication bridge between the Porto team and the Paris Tech Lead. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily
  - ups, sprint reviews, etc. ).
• Progress Reporting:
• Share updates on task status, blockers, and timelines with transparency during team meetings.
• Risk Management:
• Proactively identify and communicate project risks and challenges, proposing mitigation strategies when needed.
• Quality & Documentation:
• Write technical documentation, define and implement automated tests, conduct code reviews, and support deployment processes on Open
  Shift.
• Mentorship:
• Support and guide junior developers, foster a collaborative team environment, and promote continuous improvement and learning.
