Your Role

As a Back End Developer, you will:

• Architect and Develop: Design, implement, and maintain robust web applications using Java, spring and a microservices backend.
• Innovate: Drive technical innovation by researching and integrating new technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver
  - quality software solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and spring.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading teams and projects, with a passion for mentoring others.
• Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of web technologies, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Problem‑Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills with a knack for troubleshooting and optimizing performance.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.

Nice to Have

• An understanding and experience working with React front ends.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc. )
• Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
