What You’ll Do

• Speak with clients by phone and email to arrange payments and maintain positive relationships.
• Record and reconcile incoming payments accurately.
• Support monthly financial reporting and keep precise account records.

What We Need from You

• Fluent English (spoken and written) - native level
• Strong communication skills;
  
  confident on the phone.
• Customer service is a plus, but not required
