What You’ll Do

- Speak with clients by phone and email to arrange payments and maintain positive relationships.

- Record and reconcile incoming payments accurately.

- Support monthly financial reporting and keep precise account records.

What We Need from You

- Fluent English (spoken and written) - native level

- Strong communication skills; confident on the phone.

- Customer service is a plus, but not required
