As a freelance Sail
Point Identity
IQ Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will play a pivotal role in enhancing identity lifecycle management practices and supporting a team of developers within major fintech and enterprise environments.

• Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver robust Sail
  Point IIQ configurations and code.
• Collaborate
  - functionally to drive quality and knowledge sharing.
  
  

• 6+ years of experience in software development within enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of
  - on experience with Sail
  Point Identity
  IQ.
• Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance.
• Solid skills in Java, Python, Testing, and Microservices.
• Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Ia
  C) principles.
• Excellent communication skills and experience mentoring or educating others.
• Comfortable working in complex, regulated environments (e. g. , fintech).
  
  

• Advanced proficiency in Python scripting.
• Strong grasp of Ia
  C tools and practices.
• Familiarity with fintech compliance and security standards.
