• Assist customers with their requests via email, phone, and live chat.

• Collect and update customer data in the system.

• Provide product information (subscriptions, payments, technical details).

• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding in a professional and friendly manner.

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.

• Native level of French and good English skills (B2+).

• Strong communication and listening skills.

• Interest in new technologies and customer support.

• Professional, attentive, and committed to excellence.

• Contract : Fixed-term, renewable annually.

• Working hours : Full-time, 40h/week, rotating shifts.

• Salary conditions (2 options):
  • With accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1, 040 gross/month

  • Without accommodation: €1, 240 gross/month

• Reimbursement of flight expenses after 9 months.

• Airport
  - up upon arrival.

• Annual return flight to your home country (within the EU).

• Support with paperwork, opening a
