Your Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat .

Update and manage customer records accurately.

Provide detailed product information (subscriptions, payments, technical requirements).

Ensure customer satisfaction by responding in a friendly and professional manner.

Your Profile

Native French speaker with good English skills.

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.

Interest in new technologies and digital tools.

Strong communication and active listening skills.

Commitment to excellence, professionalism, and teamwork.

Salary Options:

With free accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1, 040 gross/month.

Without accommodation: €1, 240 gross/month.
