Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:

Assisting customers via email, phone, and live chat

Collecting and updating customer data

Providing information about products, including subscriptions, payments, and technical requirements

Ensuring customer satisfaction with professional and friendly support

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card (mandatory)

Native level of French and good English skills

Awareness of the value of excellent customer experience

Interest in new technologies

Strong listening and communication skills

Professional, reliable, and
- oriented attitude

What’s in it for you?

Contract type: Fixed-term contract, renewable annually

Working hours: Full-time (40h/week), rotating shifts

Salary package (two options):

With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1040 gross/month

Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month

Relocation package for international candidates:

Reimbursement of initial flight after 9 months

Airport
- up upon arrival

Yearly return flight to your home country (within the EU)
