Key Responsibilities:

1. Review Ads:

Monitor and evaluate advertisements on our online platform.

2. Content Management:

Delete, block, filter, organize, and assess content according to company policies.

Requirements:

• Language Skills:
  
  Native or fluent in Albanian, both spoken and written.
• Eligibility:
  
  No resident card needed;
  
  
  
  Israeli citizens with a
  Job Seeker visa are welcome.
• Technical Skills:
  
  Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new tools.
• Content Sensitivity:
  
  Able to review potentially inappropriate, violent, or explicit content objectively.
• Critical Thinking:
  
  Strong analytical and contextual reasoning skills.
• Adaptability:
  
  Able to work effectively in a
  - paced,
  - volume environment with changing demands.
• Independence & Teamwork:
  
  Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
