Mission of the Role:

AP analyst to become part of the Finance Shared Service team.

Key Objectives of this Role:

• Supplier Care (Electpt)
• Perform weekly Payment Runs and
  - hoc payments
• Support, monitor, and develop Flexicapture
• Ledger and
  - ledger clearings
• Accounts reconciliations
• Internal & external audit support
• Support in IT issues resolution (E-Invoicing, Flexicapture, VCash, VIPe
  R, and QAD)
• The person should be able to understand all Visteon systems & applications used in the AP team & process.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• Degree in Accounting, Management, or related field
• Microsoft Excel knowledge
• English proficiency is mandatory
• Assertive attitude; communication skills; teamwork

Reporting Structure:

The role will report to the team leader in the AP team.
