Jr. E-Commerce Operations Lead

- functionally with supply chain, marketing, support, and analytics to keep the brand performing at its best — operationally and strategically. What You’ll Do
Monitor and analyze brand performance (sales, conversion rates, reviews, etc. )Conduct audits of product listings and recommend optimizations
Track marketplace and industry changes to ensure brand compliance and competitiveness
Coordinate with internal teams on supply, support, brand management, and marketing operations
Collaborate on pricing strategies, product opportunities, and growth initiatives
Help maintain account health and proactively resolve operational issues
Support onboarding of new brands and expansion across marketplaces
Track competitors and provide actionable insights on trends and
- space opportunities✅ What You Bring2–4 years of experience in operations,
- commerce, or brand support roles
Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance metrics and large datasets
Experience coordinating
- functional projects or teams
Familiarity with Amazon or other
- commerce marketplaces is a strong plus
Solid Excel or spreadsheet modeling skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Self-starter with curiosity, ownership, and a desire to grow quickly in an entrepreneurial environment What You’ll Gain
