Role

We are looking for a dynamic,
- driven Account Executive to lead the Lisbon market. You will build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and local businesses. If you are passionate about sales, thrive in a
- paced environment, and want to impact a

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire and retain B2B clients in Lisbon
• Identify and target key corporate clients, travel agencies, relocation companies, and businesses needing flexible accommodation
• Cultivate
  - lasting relationships with
  - makers and position Ukio Apartments as the partner of choice
• Understand client needs and present tailored solutions aligned with business goals and employee or customer needs
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to optimize offerings and deliver exceptional client experiences
• Contribute to Ukio's growth and expansion in the Lisbon market

Requirements

• Solid background in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Interest or experience in property, tech, or hospitality sectors is a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior executives
• Driven, proactive, and able to take ownership of role and market
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Ambitious and motivated to contribute to Ukio's growth
