Junior Accountant | Kramerville – JHB | Restaurant Brand

A nationwide restaurant brand is seeking a JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT for their office in Kramerville, Johannesburg, with a start date of 3 March 2024.

• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP level or higher)
• Experience with GAAP (or similar systems)
• Familiarity with restaurant bookkeeping processes and procedures
• Knowledge of SAGE / Xero
• Strong understanding of stock management and accounting

• South African ID required
• Relevant Degree preferred (Diploma will be considered)
• Minimum of 3 years’ accounting experience

• Cash-up reconciliation (3 entities, 18 stores)
• Processing cash purchases
• Monthly accounting and stock journals
• Overseeing stock takes
• Processing cashbooks
• Supplier & customer administration and processing

• CTC between R20, 000 – R25, 000
• Working Hours:
