As part of this growth, we aim to strengthen our Shared Services Center team and further develop the Accounting function. The Junior Accountant will be a key member of the team, playing a critical role in achieving this objective.

Responsibilities include, among others:

• Support Procure to Pay process: receiving and processing invoices, ensuring communication with all stakeholders
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in reviewing and ensuring proper classification of cost centers and accounts on POs
• Support managers and peers with daily activities
• Perform ad hoc Accounts Payable and Procurement duties as required
• Collaborate with local finance specialists on accounting, tax, and annual reports to ensure compliance with local legislation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business
• Strong interest in Accounting
• Approximately 2 years of experience in Accounting within an international environment
• Fluent in written and spoken English (minimum C1); knowledge of French, Swedish, or Portuguese is a plus
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Ability to work in a

• Experience with various IT systems; prior experience with Oracle ERP is valued
