What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring for Lisbon´s office, a Junior Accountant who’s eager to grow, learn, and contribute to our mission. If you’re

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in our finance team by:

• Managing daily bookkeeping tasks with precision and care
• Reconciling bank statements and accounts to keep everything aligned
• Overseeing cash control and PMS reconciliation
• Assisting in the preparation of regular financial reports
• Supporting budget analysis and helping monitor costs
• Contributing to the preparation of annual accounts
• Ensuring we meet all tax and legal requirements
• Helping with mandatory reporting to the central bank
• Communicating with other departments to keep things flowing
• Participating in improving our internal control processes

What We're Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, audit, or a similar practical qualification
• Bring 2 to 3 years of experience in similar role
• Portuguese (Fluency in English is a plus)
• Know your way around Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Artsoft is a plus!
• Enjoy working in a team and collaborating across departments
• Bring positive energy and a proactive attitude
• Have a sharp eye for detail and strong analytical skills
