We are looking for our next team member who will be joining us as Junior Accountant based in Lisbon, Portugal .

As part of our growing Finance team , you will support the Group Accounting function and play a key role in daily financial operations and reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

Your main responsibilities:

Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts for multiple entities

Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers in compliance with accounting standards

Perform bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and track variances

Process and monitor accounts receivable and payable

Assist in budgeting and forecasting exercises

Support
- end and
- end closings, including journal entries and accruals

Collaborate with external auditors for local and group audits

Help ensure compliance with local tax regulations and other filings.

Support administrative tasks and respond to ad hoc requests as needed

What experience and background we are looking for:

Fluency in English and French, additional language is a plus

Degree or equivalent in Finance and/or Accounting

A minimum of 1 year’s experience in similar position

Exposure to international accounting standards.

Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular)

Ability to work in a
- paced, entrepreneurial environment
