About the role:

As a Junior Accounting Analyst, you will be part of the Finance Team, reporting to the Accounting Team Leader. The position requires successfully delivering the following tasks:

1. Perform different types of tasks for
   - end,
   - end, and
   - end closing.
2. Calculate and post manual journals at
   - end with appropriate supporting documentation.
3. Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
4. Perform
   - company reconciliations.
5. Manage fixed assets.
6. Interface with various departments, including purchasing, sales, finance, and others.
7. Assist with additional reporting requirements as needed.
8. Support
   - related projects as required.
9. Perform any other
   - hoc duties as required.

What we're looking for:

• No previous experience required within an accounting department, but it would be highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• High level of proficiency in Portuguese and English, both oral and written.
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during tight closing deadlines.
• Ability to work well in a
  - tasking environment and be a team player.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact openly and directly with colleagues, management, and the wider business.

Location: Porto.
