Junior Accounts Payable Lisboa

Safeport, a leading handling provider in the Business Aviation segment, is recruiting a Junior Accounts Payable professional to join our Headquarters team in Lisbon.

We are looking for a proactive and
- oriented individual with a solid understanding of financial management to play a key role in ensuring the financial health and efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of suppliers;
• Validate and record supplier invoices;
• Reconcile supplier accounts, analyze balances, and maintain regular communication with suppliers;
• Provide clarification regarding supplier payments;
• Ensure adherence to monthly closing deadlines;
• Guarantee timely execution of payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Accounting roles;
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools;
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
