The Role

Responsibilities

  • Perform actuarial valuations for corporate reporting (USGAAP, IFRS) and statutory pension fund reporting.
  • Manage and report on pension funds, ensuring full compliance.
  • Support plan design through actuarial modelling, implementation, and employee communication strategies.
  • Conduct benefit audits and benchmarking studies.
  • Engage in asset/liability modelling.
  • Lead employee communication initiatives.
  • Contribute to M&A studies from a benefits perspective.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, or similar. Other qualifications may be considered based on experience.
  • 1–5 years of relevant experience in employee benefits, whether in consulting, insurance, broking, or finance.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. German is a great plus.
  • Proficiency in IT tools, in particular MS Office such as Excel.
  • Strong communicator, detail oriented, numerical, and flexible.
  • Thrives in collaborative team environments and enjoys working with others to achieve our goals.
