About the Role
We’re looking for a
- on Junior AI engineer to help expand the internal use of existing AI tools and guide decisions on future adoption. In this role, you’ll explore how current AI features can improve daily work across teams, support internal education and onboarding, and surface opportunities for additional tools that align with business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and promote practical use cases for existing AI tools (e. g. , writing assistants, analytics features, productivity enhancements).
- Support teams in integrating these tools into their workflows through
- on help, documentation, and informal training. - Gather feedback from users and share insights on usage, limitations, and potential improvements.
- Research and evaluate new AI tools for possible adoption, working with key stakeholders to assess fit and value.
- Stay current on AI trends and communicate relevant updates or risks to internal audiences.
- Build out identified use cases using the AI tools that are certified by Talkdesk.
What You Bring
- Curiosity and passion for AI and emerging tech
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfort using and learning digital tools
- Ability to translate technical concepts into plain language
- A proactive mindset and collaborative approach
- Hands-on use of AI technologies
- Experience with tools like Notebook
LM, Gemini, Rovo, Chat
GPT, or similar - Exposure to prompt writing, automation, or data analysis
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Primarily
- environment work with extended periods of sitting or
- based work. Limited lifting and equipment usage to
- related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc. ).
