Your Role

As a Junior AI Scientist, you will support the team in developing and scaling advanced AI solutions. You'll be working
- on with models, data, and systems to move from
-
- concept to production.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in research, prototyping, and development of AI features.
• Running and
  - tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Preparing, cleaning, and structuring datasets for training & evaluation.
• Running experiments and analysing results to improve model accuracy, safety, and reliability.
• Writing clear, maintainable Python code for prototypes and tests.
• Collaborating closely with senior AI scientists and engineers to learn best practices.

Your Qualifications

You don't need to master everything—depth in one or two areas plus curiosity to learn more is what matters.

• Strong fundamentals in
  
  linear algebra, probability, calculus, or optimisation
  
  .
• Hands-on experience with:
• Python, Jupyter, Git
• Py
  Torch or Tensor
  Flow
• Hugging Face Transformers (for
  - tuning)
• Vector databases (FAISS, Qdrant, or similar)
• Understanding of key evaluation metrics (accuracy, F1 score, perplexity).
• Familiarity with Docker or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
• A proactive,
  - solving, and
  - driven mindset.
• No formal degree required,
  
  skills, passion, and initiative count most.
