JC Aircraft Maintenance is an engineering services company supporting Ryanair’s engineering function in Spain, Portugal and Morocco. JCAM is recruiting Junior Aircraft Engineers to be based in Porto (OPO), Portugal. Ryanair is carrying over 200m guests per year on 3, 700+ daily flights across 235 destinations from 90 bases in 37 countries, operating a fleet of 620+ aircraft. The airline plans to expand to 800 aircraft and 300m guests per year within the next ten years.

We are looking for energetic, committed, self‑motivated individuals who thrive on initiative and enthusiasm. You will work as part of a close‑knit team and gain extensive experience on Ryanair’s fleet.

The Junior Aircraft Engineers Program

Fast‑track training program to gain practical training and experience to become a Certifying Aircraft Engineer.

Phase I (12 months): you will receive theoretical and practical training while being supported by an experienced Ryanair Engineering mentor.

Phase II (12 months): you will gain practical experience at one of our FAO bases, allowing you to apply for CAT A or B1 license.

After two years, successful completion of the training program can lead to a permanent employment contract for Mechanic positions within the Ryanair Group.

Requirements

• You have passed all basic B1 and/or B2 modules from a Part 147 approved school.
• A valid EU/EEA passport with the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union.
• A valid EU driver’s licence.
• Fluent English.
• You have initiative, enthusiasm and you are self‑motivated.
