Job Description:

JC Aircraft Maintenance is an engineering services company supporting Ryanair’s engineering function in Spain, Portugal, and Morocco.

JCAM is currently recruiting Junior Aircraft Engineers to be based in Porto (OPO), Portugal.

Ryanair is Europe’s favorite airline, carrying 160m passengers annually on more than 3, 300 daily flights from over 90 bases, connecting over 230 destinations in over 37 countries on a fleet of over 570 modern Boeing 737NG, Boeing 737-8200 Game Changer, and Airbus A320 aircraft. The airline plans to expand by more than 200 aircraft by 2025.

The Junior Aircraft Engineers Program:

This is a
- track training program designed to provide practical training and experience to become a Certifying Aircraft Engineer.

Phase I (12 months): You will receive theoretical and practical training, supported by an experienced Ryanair Engineering mentor.

Phase II (12 months): You will gain practical experience at our Porto base, enabling you to apply for a CAT A or B1 license.

After two years, we aim to offer permanent employment contracts for Mechanic positions to those who successfully complete the program.

• You have passed all basic B1 and/or B2 modules from a Part 147 approved school.
• You possess a valid EU/EEA passport with the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union.

• You will have direct and permanent employment with a Portuguese contract.
• You will be employed in a stable and steadily growing organization.
