About the Client

We are supporting one of our clients, a leading international financial institution, in reinforcing its ALMT IT APS (Application Production Support) teams within the CIB IT Services division. These teams ensure the stability, performance, and evolution of key treasury and risk management applications supporting trading and ALM operations worldwide.

The Role

We are hiring 2 Application Functional Support Engineers to join the ALMT IT APS team in Lisbon.

You will play a critical role in maintaining and improving applications that support Asset Liability Management & Treasury operations. The mission involves providing frontline functional and technical support, resolving production incidents, and collaborating closely with trading floor users.

This position requires both technical expertise and a strong functional understanding of financial instruments (bonds, Forex, money market, and derivatives).

Main Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support by diagnosing and resolving technical and functional issues related to ALMT applications.
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to enhance functionality and improve user experience.
• Monitor and support trading floor users for booking and investment deal issues (Forex, Equity, Money Market, Derivatives).
• Manage incident analysis, resolution, and communication to ensure timely
  - solving.
• Maintain and update support documentation, procedures, and user guides.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the production environment and support model.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of SQL and UNIX environments.
• Experience with Ksh/Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with Dynatrace and Autosys monitoring tools.
• Understanding of financial markets and transversal trading processes.

Language Skills

• French: Basic understanding (notions).
