What You Will Do: Application Support & Cloud Operations
This is a
- on trainee role where you will directly contribute to the stability and performance of our core applications. As a key member of our technical support team, you will develop critical skills in
- solving and learn to ensure a seamless experience for our users. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Incident Management & Triage: Act as the first point of contact for technical incidents. You will monitor application health using
- standard tools, perform initial analysis to categorize and prioritize issues, and collaborate with senior engineers to ensure swift resolution.
Cloud & Infrastructure Operations: Gain practical experience with leading cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. You will perform routine system health checks, support application deployments, and learn the fundamentals of managing a modern,
- scale cloud infrastructure.
Collaborative Troubleshooting: Work closely with development, application, and network teams to investigate and resolve complex technical issues. You will actively participate in
- incident reviews, contributing to root cause analysis and preventative strategies.
Knowledge & Skill Development: We are committed to your professional growth. You will participate in structured training, contribute to our technical documentation, and continuously develop your skills in emerging cloud and application support technologies.
Position Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic foundation and a genuine enthusiasm for technology. Key qualifications include:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
Foundational knowledge of Fullstack programming concepts (specifically Java and Angular).
Familiarity with both SQL and No
SQL database concepts.
Availability to work different shifts.
Proficiency in written and spoken English for effective team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, experience or familiarity with the following areas will be considered a strong asset for this role:
An understanding of containerization concepts (e. g. , Kubernetes).
Basic familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e. g. , Azure, AWS).
Exposure to CI/CD and automation concepts (e. g. , Azure Dev
Ops, Jenkins).
