Kinsey as a Junior Associate and work across our global offices and practices (e. g. , Digital, Marketing & Sales, Operations, etc. ) in collaborative teams to serve our clients.

You will typically work in teams of 3-5 consultants, engaging in all aspects of client projects, including data analysis, hypothesis testing, developing recommendations, and presenting findings to client management. You will also help implement these recommendations alongside client team members.

Junior Associates benefit from extensive training, ongoing coaching, and mentorship from colleagues. Each is assigned a Partner from their local office or practice to guide their career. Additionally, you will receive up to five weeks of formal training during your initial years. Support is also provided in selecting client projects to help you develop skills and expand your professional network.

While all consultants develop specialized knowledge over time, initial roles are broadly focused, requiring no specific industry or functional expertise. For experienced professionals joining Mc
Kinsey, there is an opportunity to build on previous experience or develop new expertise.
