The CTO team reports directly to the CTO and supports the Technology leadership through growth, with
- impact strategic initiatives and operational responsibilities. The team leads
- functional projects, promotes alignment across the technology department, and helps with internal and external reporting.

What
- 'll be doing

• Assist in key strategic areas such as Sword’s Technology vision and strategy
• Develop, track, and improve key performance indicators
• Plan, coordinate, and organize meeting content and flow
• Promote and follow up on
  - functional initiatives and projects, e. g. , new product launches
• Support in
  - making, program management, and initiative implementation for Sword’s CTO
• Analyze and improve current processes for optimized efficiency and productivity
• Use logic and prioritization tactics to manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

What you need to have

• 1-3 years of strategy consulting / corporate strategy or business development in a
  - up environment
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
• Excellent

• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Highly resourceful

€26, 545 - €41, 714 a year

This range includes base, variable and equity. These compensation bands are starting points; for outlier talent, compensation is adjusted to reflect impact. Our job titles may span more than one career level. Actual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, location, market demand, and other factors. Compensation details listed reflect base salary and potential variable, bonus or equity; stock options value is not guaranteed. Sword offers a number of benefits as listed below.
