What you’ll do

• Support
  -
  - day bar operations with smooth, elegant service
• Lead by example on the floor; coach and motivate the team during shifts
• Guarantee product quality and service consistency, every time
• Assist with onboarding and training of new colleagues
• Uphold food safety & hygiene procedures (HACCP) and bar standards
• Contribute to a refined, welcoming atmosphere that drives guest loyalty
• Assist with stock control, requisitions, and supplier orders when needed

What you bring

• Previous bar experience, ideally in 4/5-star hospitality
• Confident communicator with emerging leadership skills
• Team spirit and sharp attention to detail
• Flexibility to work nights/weekends/holidays
• Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
• Genuine passion for hospitality, mixology, and guest care
