We are recruiting a Junior Brokerage & Fee Officer to join a dynamic and international team in the Global Markets Operations area. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop a career in the financial sector, in a challenging environment, with strong exposure to banking operations and global markets.

Main responsibilities:

- Management and validation of invoices received from brokers and suppliers, including commissions, legal fees and issuance expenses;

- Reconciliation of commission data between Front Office and Back Office systems;

- Analysis of discrepancies and coordination with internal teams for correction;

- Processing and monitoring payments to brokers and suppliers;

- Following up on late payments and contacting internal and external stakeholders;

- Producing control reports on brokerage fees, broker vetting status and other relevant indicators;

- Monitoring the onboarding of new brokers and verifying applicable conditions;

- Issuing accounting entries and monitoring cash flows;

- Monthly processing of VAT charged/declared;

- Supporting the documentation of accounting processes and policies, contributing to the strengthening of internal controls.


Requirements:

- Degree in Finance, Economics, Management or similar field;

- 1 to 3 years' experience in Financial or Banking Operations;

- Knowledge of Banking Operations and/or Global Markets Products (valued);

- Good knowledge of spoken and written English (French is an asset);

- Knowledge of Excel (basic to intermediate level);

- Basic knowledge of the SWIFT network (MT103, MT202 and/or MT199);

- Good communication, organisational and attention to detail skills;

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

- Proactive, responsible and results-oriented profile.
