? We are looking for a Junior Brokerage Officer

Main tasks

  • Manage invoices received from brokers and invoices related to fees, legal expenses and bond issuance costs
  • Reconcile brokerage commissions data between Front Office and Back Office systems
  • Perform discrepancy analysis and submit correction requests to the relevant teams
  • Validate and process invoice payments to brokers and suppliers
  • Follow up on overdue or delayed payments, communicating with internal and external stakeholders when necessary
  • Produce reports on brokerage fees consumption, broker vetting status and other relevant metrics
  • Monitor broker onboarding processes, vetting status and applicable rates according to the fee schedule
  • Issue accounting journals related to cash receivables
  • Monitor cash flow and accounting entries, ensuring proper matching in Back Office systems
  • Process collected and declared VAT on a monthly basis

Your Profile and Skills

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Management or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial or banking operations
  • Knowledge of Banking Operations and/or Global Markets products
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of the SWIFT network (MT103, MT202 and/or MT199)
  • Good command of English (written and spoken);

    French is a plus
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel
