We are looking for Junior Business Analysts (up to 3 years of experience) to join a dynamic international Data & Referential team responsible for managing and delivering
- quality Master Data solutions. This role is ideal for professionals at the beginning of their careers who want to grow in data analysis, governance, and information systems within a structured global environment.

We are not looking for a junior profile, but a junior Business Analyst with a background in other related areas.

Important: Candidates must demonstrate strong English communication skills (French is a plus) and genuine interest in data analysis and business processes.

About The Role

You will support the governance and maintenance of reference data systems used across global domains such as Finance, Risk, and HR. The Referential team manages and ensures data consistency, quality, and accessibility, serving as a cornerstone for the organization’s operational and reporting processes.

The position involves close collaboration with business users and IT teams to maintain high data quality standards, design process improvements, and support system evolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain referential databases (data creation, modification, parameters)
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of data entered by business users and entities
• Monitor data sourcing and analyze rejected data, escalating inconsistencies to stakeholders
• Provide user support, resolve production issues, and manage access requests
• Participate in incident and change management processes
• Support new feature implementation and production

• Prepare reports and contribute to data quality monitoring and improvement
  Collaborate with business and IT teams to define and validate new requirements

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of data management, data processing, and data quality principles
• Basic experience with SQL / database management
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of IT systems and data governance concepts

Languages

• English – Fluent (mandatory)
• French – Basic knowledge (nice to have)
