What You’ll Do
- Perform detailed analysis of data from ITSM processes (incidents, problems, changes, requests, etc. ), identifying patterns, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and SLAs, promoting transparency and informed
- making. - Collaborate with technical and functional teams to define relevant metrics and reporting requirements.
- Act as a facilitator of continuous improvement initiatives, using analytical insights to support corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of data within ITSM tools.
- Hybrid work model.
What You Are
- Strong analytical skills and deep knowledge of ITIL processes, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities, optimize operations, and support
- driven decisions. - Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in IT Operations or Service Management contexts.
- Practical knowledge of the ITIL framework and ITSM processes.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e. g. , Power BI, Tableau, Strategy).
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e. g. , Service
Now, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management). - Knowledge of SQL and database manipulation (valued).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to structure complex problems and propose practical solutions.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to present insights to different stakeholders.
- Proactive,
- oriented mindset with attention to detail. - Collaborative spirit and ability to work in multifunctional environments.
- Strong organizational and priority management skills.
