We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst for a hybrid project based in Lisbon (2x/Week).
Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years experience as a business analyst;
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial data (highly desirable).
- Experience with data processing, analysis, and data quality management.
- Some experience with Power BI and database management (SQL)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyse the needs coming from the Business or deriving from market changes, proposing sustainable solutions, in line with the entity’s strategic plan, and converting them into detailed requirements.
- Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirement, assessing all potential impacts.
- Ensure the implementation of the new features and changes in Production environment.
- Follow the go live process, compare the impacts towards expectations, and propose adjustments when needed.
- Monitor data sourcing, perform analysis of rejected data, inform stakeholders and customers
