Junior business developer

What you will do

• Identify and explore new business opportunities in the private and public sectors, including public procurement processes.
• Engage with international clients to identify opportunities for growth in global markets.
• Conduct market research and generate new business leads.
• Outreach through methods such as
  - calling and
  - emailing to connect with potential clients.
• Follow up on deals and support
  - term client relationship growth.
• Collaborate with our teams to create compelling commercial proposals that combine our technical capabilities and design expertise.
• Support contract negotiations, including terms, pricing, and conditions, under the guidance of senior team members.
• Work with public procurement platforms such as Vortal and Acingov, understanding the different types and formats of public procurement and contributing to tender submissions.

Requirements

• Academic background in areas such as Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
• Ideally, 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management or a related role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of or interest in the IT, UX and/or Design markets (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A
  - solving mindset and resilience to overcome challenges.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus!).
• Familiarity with public procurement processes is a bonus.
