Are you passionate about turning data into insights? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a drive to optimize business performance? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a Junior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our dynamic team in Porto. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of our data models and reports. Your contributions will directly impact strategic
- making, providing stakeholders with critical insights to drive the company forward.

What You’ll Do:

Maintain and update our BI data model, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Own specific monthly reports and updates, ensuring timely and precise delivery.
Work closely with different teams to understand reporting needs and enhance data quality.
Identify opportunities to improve data structures and reporting processes.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving data inconsistencies or anomalies.
Support the development of new dashboards and analytics solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail—nothing slips past you!
A
- solving mindset with a passion for optimizing data processes.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (e. g. , Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Basic understanding of data modeling concepts and database structures.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
A proactive attitude, always looking for ways to improve and streamline reporting.
A degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is a plus.
