Join us for the Junior Business Intelligence - Systems Key User role at HARTMANN GROUP.

About the Role

As Junior Business Intelligence – Systems Key User, you will ensure excellence in data management and serve as the ambassador for Commercial Excellence (Com
Ex) across Omnichannel distribution channels. You will support Iberian, Regional, and IT teams in Portugal, and assist Sales and Marketing teams in creating and executing Com
Ex and E-commerce strategies. You will also be the Key User for local Data Management Systems, working closely with local and international teams and driving digital transformation within the Iberian Cluster.

Responsibilities

1. Key User of Data Management Systems
2. Act as the interface between local sales and marketing teams and regional IT and Com
   Ex specialists, supporting team managers with reports on commercial contacts, opportunity management, and visit planning.
3. Implement system improvements and reprogramming.
4. Support all Com
   Ex projects related to customer classification, opportunity management, and marketing automation, collaborating with digital/marketing teams.
5. Assist managers with performance analyses.
6. Train and support other users on internal platforms.

Digital Transformation

1. Collaborate with the Iberian team to create and maintain the Portuguese digital ecosystem.
2. Identify best practices to share with international colleagues.
3. Support marketing automation learning curves in close collaboration with sales teams.

Market Analysis and Research

1. Build a solid understanding of internal and external customer needs regarding Data Management and Processes.
2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Hartmann's Data Management in the context of the Portuguese Health Universe.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Management, Data Science, or similar.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with commercial data management systems (Salesforce, SAP, remote order entry, etc. ).
• Experience in multinational companies is a plus.
• Excellent organizational,
  - management, and project management skills.
• Resilient and proactive profile.
• Comfortable working with interdisciplinary and multicultural teams.
• Native Portuguese speaker; advanced English skills in communication (verbal and written).
• Residing in Lisbon or nearby.
• Willingness to travel across Europe for collaboration with global and regional teams.
