Junior Business Manager at Prime Group

We are recruiting five (5) dynamic Business Managers for one of our group companies to lead client partnerships, drive new business development, and ensure successful team growth in the IT sector.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Prospect new clients and expand our business portfolio.
• Client Management: Build and maintain
  - term client relationships, fostering loyalty and identifying growth opportunities.
• Recruitment: Recruit a team of consultants, ensuring project success and professional development.
• Market Analysis: Analyze IT market trends to shape effective strategies for clients’ success.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial roles and ideally managing people.
• Demonstrated success in client management and new business development.
• Knowledge of the IT market sector (is a plus).
• Native Portuguese language proficiency and advanced English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to deliver actionable insights.
• Results-driven, focused on continuous growth.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
• Being a team player

Levels of Experience

• Junior Business Manager: More than 1 year of experience
• Junior Business Manager: €1, 300 – €1, 800 + Meal Allowance + Business Performance Bonus + Health Insurance + Additional Benefits
