Your Mission Will Be:

• Dive into the market: research trends, spot opportunities, and make connections through cold and warm outreach;
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and consultants — communication is key;
• Drive the hiring process: from screening to interviews, you’ll help us grow with the right people;
• Take ownership of financials: margins, risks, and profitability are part of your daily equation.

You Will Need:

• BSc or MSc in Management, HR, Psychology, or a related area;
• Strong communication skills, business acumen, and a
  - oriented mindset;
• A dynamic, ambitious approach and the ability to thrive in a collaborative,
  - energy environment;
• Fluent in English (spoken and written);
• Residency in the Lisbon area.

Would Be Awesome If You Have:

• Experience in business management (especially in IT);
• A strong grasp of business challenges and client expectations;
• Background in customer management.
