Randstad SSC is recruiting for a client, a renowned bank, that´s seeking a Junior Cash Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Analysis and check of cash SSI consistency (Standard Settlement Instructions).
• Control of the Customer data in internal and external systems.
• Callbacks with clients and counterparties for verification of payment details.
• Monitoring of suspicious payments.
• Daily operational risk management.
• Understanding of the Trade lifecycle.
• Interact with internal and external parties to resolve related queries.
• Basic awareness of SWIFT instruction types across multiple products (MT103, MT202).
• Prepare reports and presentations of the project’s results for senior management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Financial or banking Operations role.
• Knowledge of Banking Operations and/or Global Market Products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of the SWIFT Network (MT103, MT202, and/or MT199).
• Proficiency in English and French, both written and verbal.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
• Report and escalate operational incidents, including breaches and errors, to management.
• Follow audit guidelines strictly (Internal and External).
• Ensure thorough controls on issues, promptly addressing and documenting them.
