Your role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Cash SSI Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage operations regarding the management of standard settlement instructions for cash. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and driven individual to gain valuable experience in a
- paced and global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis and check of cash SSI consistency (Standard Settlement Instructions).
• Control of the Customer data in internal and external systems.
• Clients and counterparties callbacks for verification of payment details.
• Monitoring of suspicious payments.
• Daily operational risk management.
• Understanding of the Trade lifecycle.
• Interact with both internal and external parties to resolve related queries.
• Basic awareness of the types of SWIFT instructions across multiple products (MT103, MT202).
• Prepare reports and presentations of the project’s results for senior management.

Competências

If you have:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Management or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Financial or banking Operations role.
• Knowledge of Banking Operations and/or Global Market Products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of the SWIFT Network (MT103, MT202 and/or MT199).
• Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
• Ability to report and escalate operational issues, including breaches and errors, to management.

Understand KPI & follow audit guidelines strictly (Internal and External).

Ensure controls are performed thoroughly, issues are promptly addressed, and documented.
